These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Macro7 mobile application (the "App"), operated from France ("Macro7", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Macro7 is a meal-planning and nutrition application that generates personalized weekly meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, and calorie/macro tracking based on the information you provide. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate recipes, plans, and images.
Macro7 provides general nutrition and meal-planning information for informational purposes only. It is not medical, dietary, or health advice and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional. Calorie and macronutrient values are estimates and may not be accurate. You are responsible for verifying that recipes, ingredients, and meal plans are suitable for your health, allergies, and dietary needs. If you have a medical condition, allergy, or specific dietary requirement, consult a professional before relying on the App. You use the App's nutritional content at your own risk.
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract under the law of your country. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
If your subscription is cancelled or not renewed, your access continues until the end of the paid period. After that, access is suspended. As described in the App, if no renewal occurs after 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
You agree not to misuse the App, including: attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service; interfering with its security or operation; using it for any unlawful purpose; or overloading our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App, its design, and its content are owned by Macro7 or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for your own personal use, subject to these Terms.
Recipes, meal plans, and images are generated automatically using AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, safe, or suitable for your needs. Always use your own judgement, especially regarding allergies and dietary restrictions.
We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the App over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macro7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any reliance on nutritional content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
